Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment is due on receipt or when goods are received. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Quotes are valid for 24 hours subject to ROE fluctuations. 

Due to the highly volatile exchange rate, please confirm pricing before placing an order.

Late Payments and Legal Costs: If any invoice remains unpaid after the due date or agreed time, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the outstanding amount. In such cases, the client will be liable for all associated costs, including but not limited to legal fees, collection agency charges, and any other reasonable costs incurred in the recovery of the debt.

Return of stock: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and must also be returned within a specified period, such as 7 days from the date of purchase.  

Orders submitted with ETAs cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange, as requested by the customer.  Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. 

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the product is being returned due to a defect or error on our part. 

Non-Returnable Items: Some products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.  

Scope of Work: Quotes or invoices cover only the work specified in the document, and a 50% upfront payment may be requested before any project commences. 

Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.  If the client terminates the agreement, they will be responsible for any work completed up to that point. 

Confidentiality Clause: The parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged as part of this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

Liability and Indemnification: Our liability for any damages arising from this work is limited to the fees paid for the work.  The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from the work.
